How long for shipping, and to where do you ship?
We currently ship to North America, Western Europe, parts of South America and Asia and are working on expanding to new regions everyday!
Average arrival times are about 2 to 4 weeks, with an added processing time of 1-5 business days.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we do not offer return labels, thank you for understanding.
How do I track my shipment? I don't see tracking information.
Please check the "track your order" page and copy paste your provided tracking number in for more information on your shipment.
To check the tracking if it’s not showing up for you, please copy and paste the tracking number into the site Cainiao Global or 17track for more information on the Chinese leg of the shipment.
